As a Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, he has also completed his Post Graduation in Financial Markets from the National Institute of Financial Management (Ministry of Finance, India).
His prior experience with Audit Firms and Banks in India provided him with expertise in critical analysis and customer profiling. Since moving to the UAE, he has served as an External Director of HLB International and started his journey with a leading Audit Firm in India. As the Managing Partner at Build Your Business, Prabhash serves as a trusted advisor to our clients and mentor to our team — a visionary leader whose dedicated efforts have propelled the firm’s exponential growth since inception. His specialisation includes Audits, Value Chain Analysis, Business Advisory, and Project Management, and he has assisted numerous startups in developing business plans, establishing companies, and securing financing from banks and equity investors.

Tax & Compliance Partner & Co-Founder · Chartered Accountant, Graduate in Law & CommerceAs a Co-Founder and Management Team member, she brings 15+ years of diversified experience in Taxation, Advisory, Management Consultancy, Process Development, and Cost Management. She is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She gained valuable exposure to complex tax laws and audit procedures while working with leading CA firms in India, and in the UAE worked for the Landmark Group, honing her skills in Financial Planning & Analysis, the business environment of multiple GCC & MENA countries, e-commerce models, and Cost Management & Product Pricing.
Her area of specialisation is Tax & Compliance, advising private conglomerates, family offices, and semi-government organisations on UAE tax structuring, financial advisory, and cost management. She develops specialised teams and guides them through assignments across VAT, ESR, AML, Excise Tax, and more. Her team has implemented the UAE VAT framework and Corporate Tax compliance for clients ranging from SMEs to MNEs.
