These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the BYB website and our business setup, consultancy, and compliance services. By using our platform or engaging with our services, you agree to abide by these Terms in full. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the site or our services.
BYB provides end-to-end consultancy and execution services for business setup in the UAE and globally. This includes—but is not limited to—company incorporation, secretarial services, legal drafting, visa and PRO services, trademark registration, and post-setup compliance. Our services may evolve or be updated at any time without prior notice, but we aim to keep you informed during your engagement.
Clients engaging with BYB are expected to provide truthful, complete, and timely information. This includes necessary documents, identification, and responses required for compliance or processing. The client is responsible for reviewing and understanding local laws related to their business activity. Any delays due to incomplete or incorrect information will be the client’s responsibility.
All service charges, government fees, third-party expenses, and consultancy retainers must be paid in accordance with the issued invoice. Services will be initiated only after full or agreed partial payment is received. Payments are non-refundable once the service has been initiated, submitted to government authorities, or acted upon in part or whole. Payment delays may cause processing delays and/or service disruptions
Due to the nature of our consultancy and business execution services, BYB maintains a no-refund policy once the client has confirmed the service and initial actions have been taken. Refunds are not applicable to: Government or third-party fees Services already initiated (even if not completed) Delays caused by client inaction In exceptional cases of service error by BYB, partial refunds may be considered at management’s discretion.

All commercial operations, service delivery, and client engagements under the BYB brand are conducted by Fincirc Project Management Services LLC, a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (ADDED). References to “BYB,” “we,” “our,” or “the Company” within this website or service documentation refer to Fincirc Project Management Services LLC as the operating entity, unless otherwise stated.
